  • Another fun way to exercise and keep your heart healthy is by dancing.

Some of the benefits of exercise for heart disease include decreased levels of cholesterol and triglycerides, better circulation, reduced blood pressure, management of type 2 diabetes, strengthened cardiovascular system and heart, decreased stress levels, and a healthy weight. Exercising not only strengthens your body but your heart as well.

However, before starting a new exercise routine make sure you consult your doctor or physical trainer as they will be able to recommend suitable exercises according to the requirements of your body.
